Refund and Exchange Policy
Overview
We provide size exchange and exchange of the product if there is any damage or misplacement. To be eligible for an exchange you need to have a parcel opening video and proof of purchase. It must also be in its original packaging. Exchange time : 5-7 working days.
To apply for an exchange send all the respective details on support@mairavogue.com. we shall revert you in 12-24 working hours.
Once your return consignment is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or exchange of your product with 12-48 working hours.
If the product to be exchanged is not available, a credit voucher will be given to the customer via mail.
If we are ready to exchange, then your order will be processed, and delivered as same, within a certain number of days.
Kindly make sure that the exchange items are securely packed with all hygiene. They should be unused, unaltered and unwashed . In any sign of usage, exchange will be refused.
If any order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the product or delays. Order will be cancelled and credit voucher with validity upto 12 months will be issued to the customer. This can be used for the later purchase upto 12 months.
Size Exchange expenses to be bore by the customer.
We don’t offer return/refunds.
Once Order is placed in the site after payment, you cannot able to cancel the order, Kindly check this before buying anything from our site
