Shipping

Our general delivery time is 7-11 working days . We dispatch the ready to ship order within 2-3 working days and it’ll be delivered to the client within 4-8 working days based to customer’s geographical location.
Few of our products are available on prebooking, please check the next question for more details. [ you can find out product delivery information in product description]

Once you’ve pre booked a product, the processing time for the product will be 10-20 working days and then it’ll be shipped out .
So the whole process takes around 17-25 working days .

Yes we do deliver out of India . We wanted to inform you that, as of now, product orders for clients outside India cannot be placed directly on our website. However, we are more than happy to assist you with your order through our chat service.

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.

It takes 24hrs to ship the product and 2-4 working days for it to be delivered.

Payments

In such a case contact us through our contact page we’ll get back to you within 24hrs.

As of now we don’t provide cash on delivery on any orders.

Returns & Exchange

We thoroughly cross-check all orders before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, Please contact our customer service for a prompt exchange if you receive a faulty product.

We accept replacement within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

We do not offer refunds. Instead, returned items will be processed as credit vouchers which will be sent to you through email that can be used for future purchases.

Simply enter your mail id and you’ll be registered then you’ll get a mail on your registered mail id to reset your new password kindly wait for 10-20 min to receive the reset link( check spam messages in case its sent to the spam folder ).

Pre-Order

No, You cannot order pre-order items and available items together , you have to place separate order for only pre order ones and separate order for available ones.
